Our little piece of Heaven is located on and beside trails 31&
32 of the Devil Anse System! We have all the comforts of home, full kitchen, comfortable living room with smart TV and wi-fi, new mattresses/furnishings, charcoal grill, & Firepit. We are 2.4 miles to the town of Matewan, the heart of the Hatfield-McCoy feud, The Battle of Matewan, & Museum! Food, gas, and carwash within 1 mi. Located near Rockhouse, Devil Anse, and Buffalo systems!
This Unit is supplied with a cozy living room, a stocked kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms with 1 King Bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a pull out couch! This unit also has 1 bathroom with a new walk in tile shower! All furnishings are brand new in this unit with super comfy bedding! Our property has adequate parking for all guests and trailers for Atv’s.
Guest will have access to everything in their unit!

Trail entrance 31 & 32 less than a quarter mile up the neighborhood!
Check-in is 3pm-8pm. If you'd like to arrive early to go ride you can park your vehicles on the property at 11am or after!
No parties, no outside vendors, no overnight guests without our approval prior to your stay.
Do not engage in illegal activity on the property at any time.
If you break or damage anything in or on the property, please let us know so we can arrange for its repair before the next guest’s arrival.
No smoking
Pets are allowed with $50 pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.

Summary: The house was not cleaned well at all there were hairs on the toilet sink and shower,very crusty nasty shower curtain, the hot and cold were reversed in the bathroom. Just makes you wonder if they even wash the beading. Also, we tried to use the heat the morning that we were leaving and it did not work.

Summary: Very happy with the house. It was VERY clean and well kept. The passwords all worked for entry and for the internet. I know it sounds stupid but it was important for us. The location is very nice and there is a good amount of privacy. The trails are literally down the road, in fact, you pass them both on your way into the property. We had a small problem with an electrical cord, it was addressed immediately. Great place all around. We are planning to stay there again in July, if that says something.

Summary: Communication with the property manager was great. I always got a response. The location was exactly where we wanted to stay. The beds are extremely comfortable and provided an awesome night of rest.

Summary: The house was clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is somewhat rough, but the property offers plenty of privacy. You can ride ATV from house to trail, which is just down the road. Great trails. Enjoyed Trailhead Bar and Grill in Matewan. Enjoyed our stay.
